Multiliquid Fee Disclosure

This Fee Disclosure describes the fees applicable to use of the core Multiliquid protocol (the “Protocol”) and the Interface served from multiliquid.xyz (the “Interface”). This Fee Disclosure is incorporated by reference into, and supplements, the Multiliquid Compliance Disclosure. In the event of any disagreement between the Multiliquid Compliance Disclosure and this Fee Disclosure, this Fee Disclosure controls. Uniform Labs, Inc. (“Uniform Labs”) and its affiliates may update this Fee Disclosure from time to time; the version posted at www.multiliquid.xyz/fee-disclosure is the current and controlling version.

Network Fee

How It's Calculated: Gas fee required by the settlement network. Denominated in ETH for Ethereum-settled transactions or SOL for Solana-settled transactions; varies with network conditions and may include a priority fee.

LP Fee

Who Pays: Liquidity Provider
How It's Calculated: A percentage of the dollar value of each transaction, charged to LPs directly.
Where It's Charged: Incurred by LPs - not charged to Users

1. Interface Fee

There is no fee charged for using the Interface itself.

2. User Transaction Fee

Multiliquid users pay an asset-based transaction fee. When a user transacts, a liquidity provider or other participant may quote a price below NAV (the asset's published value) for subscriptions, and/or above NAV for redemptions. The difference between the quoted price and NAV is the discount (on subscriptions) or premium (on redemptions).

A protocol-level transaction fee equal to 5% of that discount or premium is charged. That fee is included in the price the User pays.

2.1 Fee Floor

If the resulting fee is less than 1 basis point (0.01%) of Total Transaction Value, the fee is set to 1 bp instead.

2.2 Annual Cap (Money Market Funds)

For assets that are tokenized money market funds, total annual fees in respect of a given fund are capped at 10 basis points of the average annual transaction volume in that fund.

2.3 Relationship to Price Adjustments

The discount or premium referenced above reflects a Price Adjustment set by the relevant stablecoin issuer or balance sheet provider, not by Uniform Labs. The 5% transaction fee is calculated by reference to that Price Adjustment but is a separate, protocol-level fee.

3. Asset-Native and Issuer Fees

Users may also pay fees native to the assets being transacted, which are not charged by the Protocol or Uniform Labs. For example, certain RWA tokens include transfer fees native to their products. For fees charged by Issuers, users should refer to the relevant third-party Issuer's documentation, including the transfer fees referenced in the Terms of Service at www.multiliquid.xyz/terms-service.

4. Network Fees

Every transaction requires a Network Fee (gas fee) paid to the applicable blockchain network. For transactions that settle on Ethereum, the Network Fee is denominated in ETH and varies based on the computational resources required to process the transaction, prevailing network demand, and any priority fee selected by the User. Ethereum Network Fees are determined by the network and are not set or retained by the Protocol or Uniform Labs. For transactions that settle on the Solana network, the fee is denominated in SOL and varies based on network congestion. Users may also opt into a priority fee that increases the chance that the current leading validator will process the transaction. Users should refer to the documentation of the underlying chain for detailed information about Network Fees.

5. Liquidity Provider (LP) Fees

Liquidity providers (“LPs”) incur a separate protocol-level fee, which is a percentage of the dollar value of each transaction. Users do not pay this fee; it is incurred directly by LPs.

6. How This Disclosure Is Updated

Fees for using Multiliquid are published at www.multiliquid.xyz/fee-disclosure and may be reproduced in the Multiliquid Compliance Disclosure from time to time. Uniform Labs periodically reassesses fees and this Fee Disclosure based on factors including liquidity conditions, asset and stablecoin integrations, legal and compliance requirements, and other operational considerations. Material changes will be reflected in an updated “Last updated” date above.
