Will co-founded Allica Bank in the UK, a pioneering challenger bank delivering innovative financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Most recently, as Chief Product Officer at Standard Chartered’s Libeara, he led the development of institutional tokenization infrastructure and creation of Wellington’s investment-grade rated tokenized Money Market Fund, ULTRA.

Angelo D’Alessandro is a visionary fintech founder and digital banking pioneer with nearly three decades of experience in the financial sector. Renowned for transforming financial services into customer-centric brands, he designed, founded, and led buddybank, UniCredit’s flagship digital bank, scaling it into a leading mobile banking platform.
In 2025, he partnered with Beeson to build Uniform Labs, a groundbreaking venture revolutionizing digital finance by developing infrastructure for instant, 24/7 settlement of tokenized real-world assets.
